By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Services
ShowGrow provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
Creative Content: Video production, UGC, and branded visuals.
Account Management: Social media scheduling and platform activity.
Growth Advertising: Data-driven paid media campaigns.
Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual project proposals or Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Intellectual Property
Client Content: You retain all rights to any logos, trademarks, or pre-existing brand materials provided to us.
Communicate regarding project updates, strategy, and account management.ShowGrow Creations: Upon full payment, the final creative assets (videos, graphics) produced by ShowGrow are transferred to the Client.
Usage Rights: ShowGrow reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment Terms
Invoicing: Clients agree to pay all fees according to the schedule defined in their specific service package.
Ad Spend: For Growth Advertising, the client is responsible for paying platform costs (e.g., Meta, TikTok Ads) directly unless managed through a pre-funded ShowGrow account.
Client Responsibilities
To drive growth fast, we need your cooperation. Clients are responsible for:
Providing timely feedback on creative drafts.
Ensuring all provided brand assets do not infringe on third-party copyrights.
Maintaining access to necessary social media or ad manager accounts.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for maximum growth, marketing involves variables beyond our control (algorithm changes, market shifts). ShowGrow does not guarantee specific conversion rates or ROI and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShowGrow is registered.
